We believe in being open about our fees. Per SRA Transparency Rules, this page details our costs for specific immigration services. This is not an exhaustive list of all our services, and where a matter is particularly complex or urgent, the fee may vary. We will always provide a clear, tailored costs estimate at the outset.
All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT, which is chargeable at the standard rate (currently 20%) where applicable. Some immigration services fall outside the scope of UK VAT. We will confirm the exact VAT position in your client care letter.
Disbursements are costs payable to third parties, such as Home Office application fees and the Immigration Health Surcharge. These are not included in our fees below and will be an additional cost. We will always itemise the exact disbursements applicable to your matter.
Matter will be handled by a qualified solicitor or a dedicated caseworker under direct solicitor supervision. Our immigration team members have between 5-20 years of post-qualification experience. We assign the most cost-effective, appropriately experienced individual to your case. The specific personnel and their hourly rate (where applicable) will be confirmed in your matter engagement letter.

low incomes facing financial difficulties (Band B), typically 40-60% of our standard range—please contact us with a referral from a

Our fee covers all professional legal work on your case from initial instruction through to a decision, including considering documents, advising on merits, preparing and submitting the application, and communicating with the Home Office.
For complex matters where scope is unpredictable (e.g., asylum applications, immigration judicial review), we charge on an hourly rate basis. Our rates range from £134 to £350 per hour (excl. VAT) depending on matter complexity and the seniority of the lawyer needed. A detailed estimate and time recording protocol will always be agreed in advance.
